Our advanced storage system stores the recordings in a way that is highly efficient and secure.
This provides operators ease of use to index and search each recording by just typing a phrase spokenin them or via the polling station’s unique number.
The storageis very compact, can fit in a small room and can be backed up for over 20 years.

- Transcripts- The system is capable of using advanced NLP to detect what was said on the recordings and implement subtitles within the transcript.
- Advanced Indexing- The system allows the operator to search for a specific phrase said in a recording and find that recording in a matter of seconds.
- Face recognition- The system can auto-detect faces of unwanted persons at the polling station, immediately alerting security thereby minimizing unwanted situations.
- Automatic Recording- The system automatically records when shouting/yelling is detected (above 80-90 decibels).
- Secured Connectivity- Advanced PTT over Cellular support, providing a secure and instant method of communication between the inspector and the operators/dispatchers.
- Smart Alerts- Identifying crowd gathering or shouting around the ballot box, automatically begins recording andimmediately alerts.

The system is highly secured as all the data is encrypted and downloaded in a secure way with hash function and a digital signature. The data is then downloaded to the cloud or servers on premises- depending on the customer’s request.
